KATOS provides an integrated super app platform offering the following services:

• Digital Payments & Recharge Services
• Local Shopping & Quick Commerce
• Restaurant & Food Ordering
• Taxi & Ride Booking

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Currency and Payment Terms

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. All prices, fees, charges, and payments are denominated in Indian Rupees (₹, INR)
2. We accept payments through various digital payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets
3. All transactions are subject to applicable taxes as per Indian laws
4. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment gateways, and their terms apply to payment transactions
5. We are not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider

4. User Registration and Account

To use certain Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate or misleading.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KATOS INDIA PVT LTD shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Services

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the last 6 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
